What we do

deliver effective training with measured outcomes
Each training package delivered is an integrated set of nationally endorsed competency standards, assessment guidelines and Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications for a specific industry, industry sector or enterprise. All classroom courses are delivered by expert trainers in 7 full one day workshops (average course length) combined with out of class study, assignments and assessments. In addition to classroom training, other options are available including onsite classes and Upskilled's easy-to-use Online e-Learning courses.

Each Training Package: 

• Provides a consistent and reliable set of components for training, recognising and assessing peoples skills, and may also have optional support materials.
• Enables nationally recognised qualifications to be awarded through direct assessment of workplace competencies.
• Encourages learning and assessment in a work-related environment which leads to verifiable workplace outcomes.

With so many different funding and incentive pools that change by each state level, we help identify Government funding and incentive programs that support individuals and businesses with their training costs. In many cases, you may be able to access government funding and incentives that may allow you or your business to receive funding for your chosen training program.   We’ve made the entire process as simple as we could. Once enrolled, we make sure all the correct steps and paperwork are acted upon to make the entire access to a Government funded training course a pain free experience.
