My name is Chris Beh, I am Team Leader of Collections Department at Fairfax Media. I wanted to take the opportunity as I was unsure who to send this to, to thank both Upskilled and more importantly Don in relation to above mentioned course. I have not done a Training Course in many many years and was initially reluctant in doing so, however Senior Management thought it was in my best interests in doing so.In saying that, after completing the course I have enquired with my Manager to try and arrange for Diplomacy in above. Don's training skills, his interaction with his trainees and the way he can use all peoples line of work in relation to making the topic interesting/learned for all was second to none.I didnt believe I was at a training course during my time(as there was no reading from manuals, using the slides as overview and combining with modern work practices was brillliant) , the methods I obtained through Don, have subliminally and physically made massive impacts in the way I conduct my team. I am a hands on Leader and find it very hard not to take on workloads, rather than distribute amongst staff, Don has not just empowered me but as a result, empowered my staff in taking initiative and seeking results. The things I have learned throughout Don's teachings, knowledges and the way he relates it to everyone, will not just benefit myself and my team but also my company As a result of my findings to both HR and Senior Management, we have already 2 more applications to above course. I can only hope for their sake, that they too have Don as a trainer, he is an excellent Ambassador of your Company, and I would be priveledged if I were to enrol in a Diplomacy course conducted by Don. I have copied Don in, as although at the last course I expressed my appreciation and gratitude for his support and wisdom, I thought it be in his best interests and more importantly your best interests to see the impact Don has on his students.
