
Supervisors or Managers of a Trainee have a vital role to play
in the progress and completion of their Traineeship. In most cases
supervisors are already supporting their employees at a suitable
level as part of their existing employment contract and as part of
general good business practice. For supervisors with an employee
commencing a traineeship, the document below is intended as a
check-list, and details each parties' roles and responsibilities
throughout the Traineeship.
