Work Experience History:
Anna-Maria has over 15 years' experience managing
teams, including recruitment and training, developing key
performance indicators, performance management and customer
service. In addition to managing a small business,
Anna-Maria has worked in a variety of industries including medical
practice management, waste management, publishing and
manufacturing.
As team leader of the Business Support Services and
IM/IT at GPpartners, Anna-Maria developed a passion for training
whilst producing resources and workshops for general practitioners
and practice managers in over 300 practices undertaking their
initial round of quality assurance accreditation. Many of
these initiatives were rolled across Australia to support other
practices. Subsequently, Anna-Maria has consulted for a
number of general and specialist practices.
Anna-Maria's strengths lie in a strong customer
service ethic, ensuring that training results in beneficial change
for the participants, their organisations and customers.
Industry/Areas of Experience:
Areas of expertise include cultural management and change in
areas such as leadership and teamwork, performance management,
change and project management, client/customer service, and the
development and implementation of quality systems, processes and
procedures which enhance productivity and minimise risk.
