Work Experience History:
Meyer has over 20 years of experience in management
and over 30 years in industry.
Having started his career as a Design and
Development Engineer (military & aerospace), Meyer moved into
management where he ran the manufacturing facility for
Honeywell.
He then started his own company and went from a sole
trader in his apartment to a $5M business with a staff of 14 within
5 years. Since then, he has been involved in business development
for 4 Australian companies, and has acted as Regional Manager
forAustraliaandNew Zealandfor SyQuest Technology, Castlewood
Systems and Green Packet Berhad, in each case establishing the
local office and taking sales on a solid growth path.
Meyer has also been running his own business
consultancy company for the last 17 years, doing business plans,
strategic plans, management consulting and change management.
Meyer's strengths lie in a strong customer service
ethic, a focus on developing a switched-on, energetic and loyal
workforce, and ensuring that organisational and behavioural change
results in real outcomes which truly benefit organisations, their
employees and customers.

procedures. He translates his extensive experience into
