Rychelle has over 10 years of experience in community services specifically in youth work, mental health and alcohol and other drug work. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Social Work. Rychelle is passionate about children and young people's rights and has a particular interest in trauma informed care. She has been working as a face-to-face and online trainer and assessor for over 6 years, while developing courses for training organisations and universities Australia wide. 

Her qualifications include: 

  • Diploma of Community Services
  • Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drug Work
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
