He comes from a Technical Business Analyst and Systems Engineering background, with an in-depth understanding of IT business principles and their effectiveness within the workplace. He has held positions in technical support and business analysis roles, offering a natural talent for imparting complex information in a clear, concise and easily understood terms.

Ayad enjoys working in tandem with stakeholders and sales teams to manage and deliver technical support and solutions at a customer level. His passion is to apply technical aptitude in a hands-on practical environment to solve complex technical problems. Ayad is also a passionate soccer fan and enjoys going for a bike ride whenever he has time.
