Michael Williams

National RTO Manager

Michael joined Upskilled in 2010 as National Education and Compliance Manager, and Head of IT Faculty. In 2016 he was appointed National RTO Manager.

Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Management (IT) from Charles Sturt University, Diplomas of Information Technology (Networking) (Project Management) (Systems Administration), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; he also holds a Bachelor of Education (AVWL) from the University of South Australia, and a number of vendor certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, CompTIA, and ITIL. Michael has held management positions in a large retail organisation, in addition to various technical and leadership roles within IT organisations. Employed as a Microsoft Certified Trainer from 2001, Michael joined a leading national IT training provider in 2006, managing a team of trainers in technical training delivery.
