Course Description

The Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management) is a contemporary qualification that stands strong in the current shape of the Travel and Tourism industry. Course Delivery

This course is delivered over a duration of 2-4 years.   You can choose from Full-time, part-time or accelerated delivery modes, putting you in total control of your completion date. Campus locations are available in Sydney and Brisbane.

Industry Placement

Students undertake over 500 hours of practical work placement over the course of their degree, which means you graduate with not only a qualification but also invaluable professional experience - equipping you to be work ready. 

Prerequisites

For Domestic students: Degree: ATAR 60 or equivalent Associate Degree: ATAR 58 or equivalent HE Diploma: ATAR 56 or equivalent OR Any completed Diploma OR any completed foundation Certificate *Special entry can be applied for if you have demonstrated the ability to undertake study at this level through work experience, and/or other formal, informal or non-formal study attempted and/or completed. International students require an IELTS 6.0 with no skills band less than 5.5. Applicants should have completed Senior High School Certificate (Year 12) or equivalent or Mature age entry with relevant work experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is available for each unit of competency based on relevant workplace experience, formal training, or other expertise. To apply for RPL, please submit documentation for evaluation by assessors. More information can be found here for course credit and here for RPL.
