Fees represent a contribution to the total cost of the course and are in addition to the subsidy that the government pays to Upskilled to deliver a course. The fees listed below are set by Upskilled, not the government.
Foundation skill courses and literacy and numeracy bridging units drawn from the new Foundation Skills Training Package will continue to be fully subsidised and accessible to individuals who are assessed to need them.
Approved Upskilled qualifications under WorkReady SA funding
Below is a list of Upskilled qualifications approved under the WorkReady program.
You may be eligible for a fee concession. Fee concessions are available to you if, at the start of your training, you hold a current and valid:
- Australian Government Health Care Card; or
- Australian Government Low Income Health care card; or
- Australian Government Pensioner Concession Card; or
- Australian Government Veteran Affairs Card
- The Student is an adult prisoner
Your Education Consultant will be able to determine your eligibility for a concession based on the information you provide in the enrolment pack and will advise if a course fee or part fee applies. Please note that you will be required to provide evidence confirming the above.
Participant course fee exemption
Students over the age of 16 and who are, or have been, under the Guardianship of the Minister for Education (or interstate equivalent) on any guardianship order, will be eligible for a Participant Course Fee exemption.
Please let your Education Consultant know if you are eligible at the time of enrolment.
