Pete has over 35 years of experience at state, national and international senior management level in the logistics industry incorporating the areas of distribution, training, development and OH&S.

During his career Pete has worked in several well-known national and international companies including Fosters (formerly Carlton & United Breweries), Edwards 3PL, Goodman Fielder, Dick Smith Electronics and O'Brien Glass Industries. Additionally, Pete was the principal consultant and director of Logistics Concept Services, consulting to a number of various industries including the NSW Government, Mainfreight Owens International and Lion Nathan.

Pete has a proven track record in the design, development and implementation in national strategies in distribution logistics, including team training and development, performance management, leadership and team development and project management.
