Work Experience History:

Rebecca has more than 25 years’ experience in the areas of Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Training and Development and Business Management. She has held key positions within both medium and large organisations and has been instrumental in implementing successful large scale change with demonstrated and measurable outcomes.

Having commenced her career in the Banking and Finance Industry, Rebecca moved into the Higher Education Sector and then into Local Government where she held various strategic Human Resources, Project Management and Continuous Improvement roles.

In 2009, Rebecca established her own consultancy with a genuine desire to help businesses achieve results through the effective management of people, continuous improvement and the measurement of data for improved outcomes and sustainability. She has been heavily involved in providing vocational education through the development, delivery and assessment of several qualifications from Certificate III to Diploma in the areas of Human Resource Management, Business Administration and Management.
