Joel Spencer is the National Business Development Manager, with several years’ experience in corporate education. Joel is dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about helping organisations and individuals through their learning journey.

In his current role, Joel oversees the Upskilled Tech academy which facilitates corporate IT learning. Joel’s expertise provides guidance to our corporate students, attracting and enrolling students.

Prior to joining Upskilled, Joel has been a business development manager focusing on Learning solutions for Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, EPI, SAP with Australian learning providers.
