Peter Gitsham has been a trainer for Upskilled since 2010. While his expertise is primarily in the employee/industrial relations field, he has built an extensive history of experience in all disciplines of HR.
This includes his time spent as a senior operational manager, where he believes he learnt more about HR than he did elsewhere.
Additionally, Peter has also worked as a human resource manager in a large corporation, overseeing a wide range of HR functions. Peter mainly trains in the HR area, but also within the business and management/leadership field.
His qualifications include:
- Graduate Diploma of Labour/Management Relations
- Diploma of Training and Development
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV in Personnel
