Currently, we are looking for a Student Support Consultant who will provide exceptional support to
our students with superior customer service and administration skills. Working in a vibrant team is a

The Student Support Consultant is the ongoing point of contact with our students and as such, the
ability to engage and build trust with students is imperative. We are an outcome focused training
organisation looking for a candidate who is willing to go the extra mile to assist students in achieving
their qualification goals. We are interested in candidates who learn quickly, are good at listening and
working effectively with their colleagues.
Your role will be supported with a strong commitment to teamwork and the knowledge that you are
supporting a highly regarded education provider that values the importance of delivering a quality
- Administration and Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to deliver quality customer service
- Ability to interact well with students, trainers, and colleagues
- Excellent computer skills
