Domenic Panaccio has had a long and distinguished career spanning over 40 years in senior management of large public companies. From 2010 to 2014, Domenic was Chief Executive Officer of Westfield Retail Trust, one of the largest ASX listed property trusts in Australian at that time.

Joel Gage is a founding director of Upskilled and has spent most of his working life within the education arena.

Jason Cachia is a Professional Director and Investor across a range of businesses. Jason has served as a Director on a number of Boards including ASX listed APN Outdoor Media and Summerset Retirement Group.

Sadiq Merchant joined Upskilled during its start-up phase in May 2009 and has played an integral role in building and growing the recruitment and customer service capability.

Mansi joined Upskilled in October 2018. She is a Chartered Accountant and carries 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy.

Ben joined the Upskilled team in July 2009 as an Education Manager, responsible for a large portfolio of employers and employees across Australia.

Zeenat Lokhandwala is the General Manager Education & Compliance with Upskilled. She transitioned her career from the secondary teaching sector to vocational education and training over 10 years ago, and has been involved in a variety of academic management and compliance roles.

Cassandra Parton is a dynamic leader with a background in IT recruitment and a passion for education and spearheads growth as the General Manager at Upskilled Tech Academy.

Travis Hackett is the Head of Vocational Education - CHC with Upskilled. He has worked extensively within the Community Services Sector for over 24 years.

Arlaine Berman is the Head of Vocational Education - IT and has worked in the information technology industry for several years both as a networking engineer and trainer; she has worked and trained in technical and non-technical areas of networking and server management.
