Amba Rees

Student Recruitment Development Manager

Amba Rees has been valued member of the Upskilled team since August 2009. Over the years, Amba has held multiple positions within the company, including Student Support, Education Consultant, Enrolments Manager, and currently serves as the Student Recruitment Development Manager.

In her current role, Amba plays a vital part in the induction, training, and coaching of the recruitment division, facilitating its growth and ensuring the team meets their key performance indicators (KPIs). Her expertise and guidance contribute to the team's success in attracting and enrolling students.

Prior to joining Upskilled, Amba gained experience in an administration role with an Occupational Health and Safety organization. This background provided her with a solid foundation in organizational processes and attention to detail.
