Upskilled's Mini MBAs cover 8 modules at approximately 4 hours each and focus on practical leadership application rather than academic theory. The Mini MBA in Leadership and ESG is designed for current and aspiring leaders who want to understand environmental, social and governance principles and integrate them into business strategy. No prior management experience is required for the Introduction to Leadership and Management course, the Emotional Intelligence course, or the 21st Century Leadership program.
