Overview

This short course is a Mini MBA extract that gives you a compact playbook for planning and delivering change that sticks. Equips participants with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage organisational change effectively. Understanding that change is a constant in the 21st century, learners will explore internal and external forces driving change, evaluate its impact on organisations and employees, and develop strategies to manage and measure successful change initiatives.

To enhance participants’ understanding of organisational change and build their capacity to design and implement change management strategies that ensure sustainable competitive advantage.
