Zaiba Hozam Khan

Zaiba Hozam Khan is Head of Vocational Education for Business at Upskilled. She is accountable for the quality of every BSB qualification the faculty delivers, how each course is designed, how trainers are supported, and how assessment holds up to scrutiny. 

She moved into that role through leadership rather than administration. Zaiba was formerly a Headmistress in a private institution, responsible for students sitting Cambridge GCE and London Board Edexcel examinations. Running a school taught her what a teaching team needs to be consistent, and she now applies that same standard across a vocational faculty.

Zaiba has worked as a Resource Compliance Officer, and develops, facilitates and assesses both accredited and non-accredited workplace training. That combination matters in vocational education: the person setting the standard understands both what a regulator expects and what a trainer can realistically deliver in a classroom.

She has held roles with Chisholm TAFE and Charlton Brown, and has led teaching and training teams internationally.
