Ben Grigor

General Manager - Operations

Ben commenced with Upskilled in 2009 as an Education Manager and progressed to Sales Teams Leader in 2011, and then Sales Manager in 2015. In early 2018, Ben was appointed General Manager Operations. He has responsibility for creating efficiencies in processes and systems across the business, as well as developing and improving the overall student experience. He aims to make improvements in each phase of the student journey and is constantly improving and administering Upskilled's Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, as well as managing other inter-connected systems and integrations.
Although he is operationally responsible for Upskilled daily function, Ben also directly oversees the Student Support Team, IT Team, Admissions Team, and the Work Placement Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney; as well as a Diploma of Management and a Diploma of Information Technology.
