Richard commenced with Upskilled in 2010 as an Education Consultant, tasked with providing advice to prospective students on suitable courses matched to their career goals. Richard progressed into a team leader role, responsible for coaching and KPI tracking across a team of Education Consultants. In his current role as Student Recruitment Development Manager, Richard works closely with the Student Recruitment Manager and provides induction, training and coaching to assist in developing the recruitment division to meet their KPIs. Prior to Upskilled, Richard honed his customer services skills within the hospitality and tourism industries and was also a small business owner for a period of time.
