Zeenat Lokhandwala is the General Manager Education & Compliance with Upskilled. She transitioned her career from the secondary teaching sector to vocational education and training over 10 years ago, and has been involved in a variety of academic management and compliance roles across both the private and public sectors.

Her passion for compliance has seen her appointed in key regulatory roles such as lead regulatory officer with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and lead educational auditor with TAFE NSW. Her public sector experience combined with private RTO management experience has seen her excel at supporting training organisations, providing quality student outcomes to support the fulfillment of their goals.

Zeenat holds an Executive MBA and Graduate Certificate in Psychology of Risk from ACU. Masters of Teaching, Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), Diploma of Quality Auditing, Educational Leadership, Risk, Governance, Compliance and several other qualifications demonstrating her lifelong commitment to learning. Zeenat is also is Certified Practicing Risk Manager (CPRM) and enjoys designing and implementing Compliance & Risk Management Frameworks.
