I found I was able to use a lot of the skills that I gained from my diploma, and the assessment tasks enabled me to implement new templates to be used as part of my everyday reports. My course was held at a venue in Newcastle. The facilities were great and the material was easier to follow and relevant to my current working situation.

I found Upskilled easy to deal with and the trainer and presenter had a wealth of knowledge and life experience that related well to the diploma I undertook. He made you want to learn and step up to the ‘level five’ benchmark. I like the fact that he didn't make it easy and made us work for our marks.
