Course Overview

AI Change Workshop focuses on the biggest barrier to effective AI adoption: behaviour. When AI initiatives stall, it’s often due to uncertainty, fear, unclear expectations, and a lack of confidence, not the technology itself.

This interactive workshop helps participants understand the human dynamics of change and provides practical strategies to reduce resistance and increase adoption. Using real-world examples and proven frameworks such as the Change Curve and the SCARF model, participants explore how change impacts people and what leaders can do to build trust, clarity and momentum.

The workshop can be tailored to your organisation’s AI or technology program, or delivered more broadly to build change capability for leaders who need to drive AI adoption in teams and business units.
