Course Overview

Innovation in the Workplace helps participants understand what innovation really means in a practical workplace context, and how it supports continuous improvement and strategic goals.

Innovation isn’t only about big ideas or new technology. It’s often the small, consistent improvements that remove friction, improve customer or employee experience, reduce waste, and strengthen outcomes. This workshop builds a shared understanding of innovation, explores what drives it, and helps participants identify realistic opportunities within their own teams and work areas.

Participants leave with clearer language, stronger awareness of innovation drivers, and practical ideas to progress improvement and innovation aligned to strategic objectives.
