Creating A High Performance Team
Course Overview
Creating a High-Performance Team helps leaders and teams strengthen the people dynamics that drive results, trust, alignment, collaboration and clear communication.
In busy organisations, it’s easy to focus on outcomes and overlook the fact that performance is delivered through people. High-performing teams work with and for each other, and they build consistent performance through strong team habits, shared expectations and the ability to address misalignment early.
This program supports participants to assess where their team is in its development, understand current dynamics, and build a practical strategy to lift performance. The workshop can also be supported by an optional High Performance Team (HPT) Survey to diagnose current effectiveness and guide action planning.
