Effective Communication Using Whole Brain Thinking
Course Overview
Effective Communication using Whole Brain Thinking helps participants understand why they communicate the way they do, and how to flex their style to communicate more effectively with others.
Based on Herrmann’s Whole Brain® Thinking Model, the workshop explores four thinking preferences and how these preferences influence communication. When participants understand their own preferences, they can step out of “default mode” and adapt their approach to suit different audiences and situations.
This leads to stronger communication across levels, clearer decision-making, improved collaboration, and better outcomes for teams. The workshop can be run with or without individual Whole Brain (HBDI) profiles, depending on your preference and budget.
