What are the admissions criteria?
Admission is conducted on a personalized basis following consultation with our Education Advisors. Key considerations include:

Background: Prior experience in design or technology is not mandatory but advantageous. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds such as project management, development, graphic design, product management, and business analysis.

Commitment: Motivation and dedication are essential. Our courses demand a significant investment of time, energy, and focus. While our team offers support, success hinges on individual diligence.

English Language Proficiency: Comfort with learning in English is necessary, as all course materials and assessments are conducted in English.
How is the course structured?
There are two learning paths available to you:

Structured Path: Follow a three-month schedule with set deadlines for completing video lessons. Monthly mentor-hosted webinars provide opportunities for feedback and discussion.

Self-directed Path: Complete the course at your own pace, accessing materials online as per your schedule. Participate in live or recorded webinars at your convenience. Access course materials for six months upon enrollment.
Will I get a mentor?
Absolutely. Our mentors are seasoned UI industry professionals, boasting extensive experience in the field. They conduct weekly webinars providing feedback on assignments and offer assistance during live sessions to address queries, assess progress, and provide brief tutorials aimed at enhancing UI designs.
Will I build a portfolio?
Certainly. Practical engagement constitutes a significant aspect of the course. You will undertake an assignment comprising a range of practical exercises, enabling hands-on experience in UI design. This assignment serves as a platform to exhibit your skills, mindset, and acquired experience, offering a tangible demonstration of your capabilities to potential employers.
Will I work on a team?
Certainly. Collaboration is optional. Our courses accommodate a maximum of 75 participants, providing an opportunity for you to engage with fellow students on a dedicated Slack channel. This enables collaboration on projects and facilitates shared study sessions, should you choose to participate.
Are the courses recognised?
The UK higher education system is globally esteemed for its exceptional standards. Our courses undergo credit rating by Glasgow Caledonian University, a prestigious institution in the UK. The Professional Certificate in UI Design is credited with 12 credits at Level 7 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework.
