Delivered in partnership with CompTIA, AI Essentials is a beginner-friendly, 2–3 hour online course designed to help you use AI assistants like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini effectively at work. You’ll learn what generative AI is, how to write effective prompts, how to avoid common pitfalls, and how to integrate AI into everyday workflows with confidence.
