Activity-based session on the risk assessment process. Identify threats, map controls and connect risk-based thinking to frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. - 1.5 hrs | Security Awareness Foundations
Interactive presentation and quiz covering human factors, culture and phishing examples. Build safer day-to-day habits and understand the staff role in prevention.
Day 2 – Technical & Data Security

Facilitated tabletop ransomware scenario. Step into defined roles to coordinate communications, containment and decision-making in the first 24–48 hours, building confidence in rapid, accountable response. - 1.5 hrs | Building Cyber Resilience & Security Culture
Facilitated discussion and planning session on moving from one-off awareness to embedded resilience. Design a practical initiative to sustain vigilance across teams and processes. - 1.5 hrs | Course Conclusion & Review
