Day 1 – Strategy & Risk

  • 2 hrs | Cyber Threat Landscape & Business Impact
    Instructor-led briefing with discussion of global/local trends and breach case studies. Understand how attacks unfold, why organisations are targeted, and what’s at stake—financial, operational and reputational.

  • 1.5 hrs | Cyber Governance, Policies & Compliance
    Briefing plus group exercise on roles, policies and obligations. See how governance creates accountability and apply a sample policy to everyday decisions.

  • 1.5 hrs | Risk Management & Controls Workshop
    Activity-based session on the risk assessment process. Identify threats, map controls and connect risk-based thinking to frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

  • 1.5 hrs | Security Awareness Foundations
    Interactive presentation and quiz covering human factors, culture and phishing examples. Build safer day-to-day habits and understand the staff role in prevention.


Day 2 – Technical & Data Security

  • 1.5 hrs | Information Security Essentials
    Instructor-led session with demos on network/endpoint security, access control and malware defence. Get a practical view of how technical safeguards work and why following IT protocols matters.

  • 1.5 hrs | Data Protection & AI Security
    Briefing on data classification, encryption and privacy obligations—plus an introduction to AI risks such as deepfakes and data poisoning. Learn why careful handling of personal and business data is critical.

  • 1.5 hrs | Physical Security & Workplace Safety
    Activity-based module on device/laptop safety and tailgating risks, including a “spot the weaknesses” exercise. Link physical behaviours to cyber exposure and prevent easy entry points.

  • 2 hrs | Integrated Case Study
    Tabletop group exercise simulating a multi-step incident that ties together technical, data and physical lapses. Practise problem-solving under pressure and see how controls interconnect.

Day 3 – Resilience & Response

  • 3 hrs | Incident Preparedness & Response Simulation
    Facilitated tabletop ransomware scenario. Step into defined roles to coordinate communications, containment and decision-making in the first 24–48 hours, building confidence in rapid, accountable response.

  • 1.5 hrs | Building Cyber Resilience & Security Culture
    Facilitated discussion and planning session on moving from one-off awareness to embedded resilience. Design a practical initiative to sustain vigilance across teams and processes.

  • 1.5 hrs | Course Conclusion & Review
    Interactive recap with quiz/game to consolidate key concepts and next steps. Leave with clear actions to apply immediately and tools for ongoing improvement.
