How to become a Personal Assistant 

Formal education is generally not required to become a Personal Assistant. However, employers look favourably at candidates who have received on-the-job training and posses VET qualifications.

Personal Assistants need to have good problem-solving skills and excellent computer literacy skills. Studying a BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business (Administration) can give you the skills and knowledge to carry out the key responsibilities of this role.
