For that reason we ensure our trainers are available to provide feedback on assessments, assist in the understanding of course materials, and answer any questions you may have. 

You can contact your trainer through a phone call or an e-mail as needed.

How can I get in touch online?

Online communication can be done through your interactive learning portal, MyUpskilled. This platform is a secure intranet system that allows you to view your course work, watch informative videos, submit assessments and contact your trainer. Your trainer will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours in most cases (sometimes earlier) and can assist you with questions regarding your course work via a secure email. 

What if I need additional support?

If you require additional support with assessments or course material out of work hours, you can book an appointment with a trainer by phone or via Skype. Simply email studentsupport@upskilled.edu.au or call 1300 009 924 to arrange a suitable time.
