Organising mentoring sessions with your trainer
Depending on the student’s learning style and needs, Student Support also offers them mentoring sessions with their trainer, where a time is organised for the trainer to contact them and have an in-depth, one-on-one conversation about their assessments.
Getting the help you need during your course
Should a student experience any disruption towards their study, Student Support can assist with extension requests or after-hours assistance with their trainers.
The aim of Student Support is to ensure students get all the help they need throughout the lifetime of their course. Their goals are to mentor, assist with navigating through the student portal and continually follow up and encourage their progression in their studies.
