On 6^th of April 2009, Upskilled delivered its first classroom session for Certificate IV in Frontline Management in Bathurst, and now, 14 years and 40,000 students later, we have established ourselves as one of Australia's most reputable RTOs. As we celebrate our 14th birthday anniversary, it is time to reflect on our journey, acknowledge our achievements and look forward to the future.

Over the years, Upskilled has faced many challenges, from navigating the ever-changing regulatory environment to adapting to technological advancements to being fully online now. However, we have always remained committed to providing high-quality education and training to our students and that commitment has been the driving force behind our success.



We are proud to have achieved many milestones along the way. We have expanded our course offerings, established partnerships with top industry leaders and won several awards and accolades. But our success would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our team. From our trainers and assessors to our support staff, everyone at Upskilled is passionate about education and committed to providing the best possible experience for our students.

I joined Upskilled during its start-up phase 14 years ago. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to wear many hats, from Operations and Sales Director to CEO and COO. I just recently moved into People and Culture so now I get to work with the whole company. My passion is in coaching and development. I am beyond grateful for my journey with Upskilled, which started in August 2009 when I was just 19 years old. I have so many awesome memories of my time at Upskilled, but the best times were the celebrations. From birthday parties to Christmas parties, colleagues' milestones, dress-up days, and company trips, we always found ways to have fun together.

Despite the hectic pace, I loved every minute of it. It was not just about the work; it was also about the people. I worked my way up to become a Team Leader, then the Enrolments Manager, and now the Student Recruitment Development Manager. When I look back, I realise how fortunate I am to have accomplished so much and am grateful for all the opportunities I have had during my 14-year journey with Upskilled.
